Medlux Estates has been the leading full-service project developer in Jávea on the Costa Blanca for over 25 years, with a Spanish and Dutch owners. Carlos Perez - Carracedo Lopez

Thankfully for Carlos, his family has fabulous taste! His grandfather and father came to Jávea on vacation in the 1960s - and loved it so much, they wanted to stay.

Carlos, therefore, has known Jávea for a long time and has seen many changes. Carlos developed more then 200 beautiful projects, urbanisations, new-builds and renovations - which are sympathetic to the exquisite character of Jávea. This is another facet that makes Mediterranean Luxury Estates so special - Carlos have a deep knowledge of Spanish real estate, constructions and regulations and know the market very well.

Carlos also has a deep passion for mindfulness and psychotherapy. He regularly speaks at congresses and conferences about these two topics. He loves to sport and make music.

Pamela Dona

Pamela Dona

Pamela is dutch and started her career working with her father in the printing industry. She decided she wanted to launch her own business and became an entrepreneur in 2007 with her first restaurant. Soon afterward, she opened her second restaurant and also launched an event and marketing agency.

In recent years, Pamela has developed a passion for architecture, design, and real estate. Her humor and creative marketing strategies, loyalty, and energy have resulted in an ideal business partnership with Carlos. Together, they founded Mediterranean Luxury Estates to enable sellers, investors, and people buying a property in Costa Blanca to get the best experience.

In her free time, you will find her on the golf course, tennis court or at one of the lovely beaches from Javea.

    Diplômé en ingénierie des bâtiments et en architecture de l'Université polytechnique d'Ancône, en Italie. Riccardo a une grande expérience de la gestion et du contrôle des détails techniques et de l'exécution des travaux, qu'il associe à des compétences en matière de graphisme et de conception. Il parle couramment l'anglais, l'italien et l'espagnol. Ses connaissances techniques et sa passion pour son travail garantissent un excellent service dans la mise en relation des besoins du client et des exigences du chantier.

    Née en Espagne et élevée par des parents Philippins, Susan a consacré sa vie à l'architecture. Avec une expérience de travail en Espagne, aux Philippines et au Qatar, elle dispose d'une grande variété d'idées qui créent des projets incroyables. Inspirée par le mode de vie méditerranéen, son objectif principal est d'embellir ce qui existe ; en utilisant des matériaux naturels et en donnant une seconde vie aux éléments présents dans une maison.

    Demetrio Mosquera graduated in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia with collegiate number 4547, from COAATIE (College of Technical Architects of Alicante). Demetrio has extensive experience in managing and controlling the execution of works, both new construction, and comprehensive reforms. His work methodology guarantees exhaustive monitoring and control that allows optimizing resources and delivery dates.
